What is SO3 (Style On 365)?

SO3 is an online fashion platform that connects shoppers with emerging designers from around the world. We curate unique, trend-forward styles and handle the shopping experience from discovery to delivery.

Orders are fulfilled directly by our partner brands. This ensures authenticity and allows designers to maintain quality control and branding. SO3 manages customer service and the overall shopping experience.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and costs depend on the partner brand’s location. Shipping details are provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary by brand and destination. Typically, delivery takes between 7–21 business days. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your SO3 account.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Since we work with third-party designers, return eligibility may vary. Visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page for full details.

Yes. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees may not be refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.
