Returns and Refunds Policy

At SO3 (Style On 365), we want you to love every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when you shop on www.so365.shop.

Since we work with a network of third-party emerging designers, return and refund processes may vary by brand. We act as a facilitator to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

Note: Some items—such as custom-made or final sale products—may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@so365.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for the return

    • Photos of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • You received the wrong item

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will cover the item cost only (excluding the original shipping fee)

  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect or error, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs

4. Exchanges

We do not currently support direct exchanges through the site. However:

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us at support@so365.shop

  • We’ll work with the partner brand to accommodate your request where possible

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Final sale items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Each product page will indicate if an item is non-returnable.
